Well that can be an issue too. I have tried several ones and all these small silicon ones always break and never put on enough tension. I now use one that is meant for just the penis and is made of rubber and it is thick. I also wear it around everything balls amd penis this prevents the balls from going inside. I used to have a penis pump. My dick only got bigger and stayed bigger when it was in the tube and vacuumed sealed. As soon as I released the vacuum my dick went back to normal size. Personally I think they're nothing but a gimmick and a waste of money.

Be very careful with the pressure u apply. i once applied too much pressure during workouts and could not get a hard on for a long time.

I've never had one but I would recommend having your partner play 'vacuum pump' with his or her mouth. I can assure you, it works a treat with me.

I have used a penis pump for a large time but it only helped me in gaining girth size also it sometimes causes skin irritation. I think you should try water base pumps instead of regular pumps I have read that those are very good for skins.

I pump using a glass jar (gerkins pickle). i slip my cock into it with lots of vaseline for a good seal,slip a tube(aquarium air line) in along side my cock and suck the air out with my mouth then i pull the tube out !
