The one I got said you had to do it rigorously for months for it to work. Nobody has the time or inclination to follow the instruction with the near fanatical zeal required. There were also lots of rules - so you cant sue them when it doesn't work as promised. For example - no wanking when you get a boner. What else are you gonna do with it? I have tried one and it will get your dick hard and red. You slip the cock ring on and you stay hard and red, at least I did.

As good as it sounds don't over pump as I am sure it can cause some serious damage.
