I pump using a glass jar (gerkins pickle). i slip my cock into it with lots of vaseline for a good seal,slip a tube(aquarium air line) in along side my cock and suck the air out with my mouth then i pull the tube out ! Works great, usually leave it on for about half an hour then i pull the jar off massage my cock to get the blood circulating then suck it back on again !I do this for a couple of hours and by then i have a nice fat swollen donut just under/behind the head ! I use a larger jar to pump both my cock and balls at the same time using the same method !
I know the effect is not permanent but for as long as it lasts i like it !
