The one I got said you had to do it rigorously for months for it to work. Nobody has the time or inclination to follow the instruction with the near fanatical zeal required. There were also lots of rules - so you cant sue them when it doesn't work as promised. For example - no wanking when you get a boner. What else are you gonna do with it? I have had a pump now for two years. I have been unable to use it as they describe you should due time requirements. However I have gained. Mainly it has been while soft which for me has been the main issue, how well it looks to others. It stays fuller most of the time now. I dont think that one would have to pay that much for a pump. I bought one for $15.00 and replaced the actual pump for some better tubing and the extra hand pump I used for bleeding my car breaks. I also has on it a pressure gauge so I can make sure I dont pump too hard. That may seem silly but because of my neuropathy I dont feel if I am going too hard, I had actually when not paying attention to it I caused two blisters on my head.

Well that can be an issue too. I have tried several ones and all these small silicon ones always break and never put on enough tension. I now use one that is meant for just the penis and is made of rubber and it is thick. I also wear it around everything balls amd penis this prevents the balls from going inside. I think it has all made for a better feel and look. I wear it constantly.
