We have used penis sleeves before ( not this type) and they are great. The male doesn't feel much, but the lady certainly does, which is the whole point of the sleeve.

Some are just the roll-ons, but prefer the ones with the loop.

Cheap as anything on Aliexpress & ebay, & the reason for so many is to find the right fit.
