Any chance to increasing this? It is a bit annoying when you have to watch for this and split messages.

And I always thought it was mostly me who struggled with the endless error messages. But I agree with you, an increase to 10K would be nice and wouldn't really clutter up the database for long, since you do have to flush out your in- and outbox occassionally anyway.

LOL! No, not that much wordy. It goes pretty fast when you use quoting.

In most forum softwares all you have to do is log into the ACP and type in the number of permitted characters. I guess that must be the same with vBulletin. Shouldn't be rocket science.

Just saw that Cremz was in the ACP, so this matter might be sorted out by the time you log in again.

That would explain why a couple of my usually epic message weren't rejected. Nice one, I can be almost as wordy as I like then. LOL
