how about penis extrender, does anyone use this with his wife and got a good result/s?

I tried a penis extender and it was brutal. It kept falling off. We gave up on that. I'm 4" in size and 4.5" around. Pretty small (lthough not the smallest here - years ago I thought I had the worlds smallest penis), but it gets the job done. If anything, I'd suggest a strap on instead if you're lil dude can't get it done. Penis extenders are useless for us small guys. You need enough shaft for them to stay on.
