i was just pondering over the term as to what it really means.
we small guys are constantly told that size does not matter. From what I understand, the penis I and many other guys on here have (3 inches) is simply too small to even fit into 'small does not matter" category, amirite?
if someone has like 4.5 inches or 5 inches which is below average maybe to them this term can make any sense. I don't think it applies to us 3 inchers ( which is half the average size) because the girl will probably not even feel it much.
