There's a condition called "Pectus excavatum," wherein the middle of the chest is sunken. I'm sure there are degrees of it. I have this condition, though not overly pronounced. When I had a sonogram of my heart taken some years ago, the technician noted that condition and said it was impossible to get the heart from more than one angle because it wedged so tightly against the sternum.

Bottom line: I have what may look a little like "manboobs" - but only because of the cavity between each breast.

WHEN I WAS AT MT.GREENWOOD GRAMMAR SCHOOL IN CHICAGO AT AGE 12,I HAD A TEACHER IN 1955 BY THE NAME OF MS.OTT WHO WAS ALWAYS READY TO TALK ABOUT HER SEEING BUFFALO BILL CODY AT HIS FAMOUS WILD WEST SHOW ALIVE AND IN PERSON.
SHE WAS A GREAT PERSON,EXCELLANT TEACHER BUT SAID SOMETHING TO ME THAT REALLY HURT MY FEELINGS AND TO THIS DAY I RECALL MORE VIVIDLY THAN THE BULLYING BY MY SLIMMER PEERS AT RECESS AND AFTER SCHOOL WALKING HOME.
SHE MADE A COMMENT THAT I SHOULDN'T WEAR MY KNITTED SEE THRU SHIRT AGAIN AS MY "BREASTS SHOWED THROUGH AND OTHER BOYS WOULD SEE THEM"
THAT MADE ME FEEL BAD AND EVEN MORE SELF CONSCIOUS OF MY PROTRUDING NIPPLES IN FRONT OF MY PEERS.
LUCKILY THE FACT THAT I ENJOYED BEING NUDE,DAD SLEPT NUDE AS I DID SINCE THEAGE OF SEVEN,AND MY TRIPS SWIMMING AT THE YMCA NUDE N NATURAL WITH OTHER BOYS AND MEN,BEFORE THE GALS TOOK OVER THE "Y" AND TURNED IT INTO A GLORIFIED DAY CARE CENTER,NO NUDITY ALLOWED LATER ON,MY NUDE HIGH SCHOOL BOYS SWIM CLASSES AND LATER ON BECOMING A FULL FLEGED FAMILY AND NATURIST RESORT MEMBER WITH MY WIFE AND FAMILY,EVENTUALLY BECAME PROUD OF MY BODY,BE IT CHUBBY,SMALL GENITALS AND BREASTS,THE WHOLE PACKAGE.
I WOULD RECCOMMEND NUDISM TO ALL WHO HAVE DIFFICULTIES ACCEPING THEIR BODY IMAGE,SIZE,GENITALS,BREASTS ETC.AS GREAT THERAPY AND A LIFE LONG ENJOYMENT OF FAMILY OR SINGLE PERSON NATURISM.

Sorry for your condition, Chubbiboy. Yet, that is not a reason not to respect people and conventions. I guess I might have expressed my point rather shortly. Sorry for that. Rest assured I don't need counseling about that subject. Speaking of counseling, you obviously are not aware of netiquette (short for "network etiquette" or "Internet etiquette"). Yes, there is such a thing.

I have always had them
 

For me as a kid in SoCal we had a big pool, and as a result have lots of picts of me in just my trunks. I can see even back then that even though I was not chubby, I was just a little thicker then by brother. I can see even then I had large areolas. As I grew up at age 10 I started puberty. I never grew into them they always just grew with me. When I played football and dropped 60 pounds I still had them. Now that I am overweight by a lot at 270, I have nice C cups that don't sag, they are quite perky and protruding. I can flex the pectorial muscles quite nicely and make them bounce up and down.

ya i have always had manboobs but i am on the chubby side so it makes sense.
