I like to use the palm down over the top of my dick with plenty of lube. I can stroke the entire length or just give the head a good workout without touching the shaft. Also adding a little twisting action adds to the enjoyment.

Though right handed I use my left hand most of the time which seems strange but I get a better stroke than with the right hand.

Me too- I also have found that various disposable $5-$6 silicone Tenga Eggs work well for me, in that same palm-down position.
