Effect of the internet on size perception
Do you think the internet has contributed significantly to the misinformed area of interest regarding penis size?
Surrounding topics such as - Porn inches - Easy access to views of dicks - High prevalence of lying about size Now porn has been around forever but with the internet anyone can see the huge dicks of the pro-fucking world quickly and easily. They lie about size, that is understandable when it adds to the fantasy and people believe it. The truth is clearly different though. Lex Steele is not 11 inches. Peter North is not 9 inches. I could go on, but to sum up there are hardly any legitimate 9+ inch dicks in porn. Now we all know how this can affect regular guys, how they will embellish their size in response. The magic number it seems is 7. 7 is big enough that you wont be called small, but small enough that you wont be called out as a liar by many people. In reality less than 1% of guys are this big. It is laughable how many guys I have seen claim 7 or something similar when they are likely no bigger than 6. This has spilled over to the general population, the majority of people that have seen me on cam guess that I am 7 too. Lol I am 4.5 on a good day. So fucking preposterous. I only remember one person guessing correctly. This is why things are ruined for honest guys and it doesn't look like changing soon. The culture is well ingrained now, 7 inches is the internet average and anything smaller is tiny. So in reality, 99% of guys have small dicks. If people were honest there would probably be less baggage, but the internet is influencing people's life courses at an unprecedented rate. Big guys will be overestimated to a silly degree and even average guys have to lie to avoid being damaged by the fantasyland that is the internet. |

It seems a lot of people are falling for it, the only ones that dont seem to be the people that really look in depth past all the lies. That group is not very large.
Is it unreasonable to hope that in future at least 50% of guys will tell the truth? Even 25% would be good. |

I went camming on yahoo and 2 guys thought I was 7, one said 6.5 and another said 6(who said he knew it since he had sucked a lot of them). There was also another guy who was 4 inches himself and he said I looked big. He was the only who I actually told my true size and he didnt seem to believe me. I think its the angle.
Again I am 4.5x4.5 tops. |
