It varies with each person, but it seems like the general consensus between your average women (atleast the ones I've been around) is that size doesn't matter, to an extent. A lot of women that say "size doesn't matter" tend to assume that the guy is going to atleast be about average, and they're ok with everything from average to big, until it gets to the point that it's so huge it hurts.

But, that being said, most of the women I've been around also enjoy oral sex more than penetration, because they can get off on it, which they can't always do with a dick in them. So if you can thoroughly wow them with oral or something, they won't give two shits about your penis size.
