Don't even thing about going down that road 4inch. The one thing to remember is that the largest part of your penis is not that appendage at the bottom of you but rather your brain.

Those on here, regardless of the size of their penis, who have a healthy self respect, don't care about their penis. Some of them don't even think about it on day to day basis, which only goes to show that a small penis isn't necessarily the cause of their woes.

If you really do feel like that, I can/must strongly urge you to go and seek help. Make an appointment with a psychologist and talk, that's what they are there for.

This might be the most effective penis enlargement process of the lot.
