Be that as it may, I drink about 20 cups of tea a day, brush my teeth with fluoride toothpaste three times a day, yet I not only wake up with a hard on, I also take one to bed with me.

In the UK we also have these adverts '40 over 40' is the slogan here. 40% of men over the age of 40 have suffered from some form of erectile dysfunction...

A well meaning bit of advise would be, don't believe a thing they tell you in adverts. They don't actually lie, it is all in the phrasing and the little bits they leave out or describe around.

Most of the guys here don't seem to have any issues raising the little friends from what I've read.
