I actually used orchidometer which measures the volume of your balls, mine are 5-6 mls which puts them around the same size as a boy in early puberty. A average adult male is about 25ml. I think this is why i dont cum more than a couple clear watery drops.

I have smalls nuts too. I know most people place more importance on penis size, but there is definitely a psychological effect to having tiny balls. Whenever someone says "that guy must have real balls to do that" or whatever, i cringe, just knowing that between my legs i have a tiny penis AND tiny balls. The only way it could be worse is if i had no balls at all.

I have tiny testicles too.
Also a varicocle sp? kept my left one to not grow.
I have a difficult time trying to wear a cock ring because my small balls are always pulled up tight.

Yes, mine are quite small and shriveled. I had a disease when in my late teens that did them a job. They easily and often draw up into my groin and leave my small sack empty appearing. Actually, I like them small, unobtrusive, and essentially out-of-the-way during regular intercourse.

Mine have always been small.
I had to have surgery to get them into the scrotum as an infant.
As a teenager I had a varicocele that stopped my left testicle from growing. I had the surgery but it never grew.
Mine still get "sucked inside" when I am chilled or exercise hard.
And I still panic.
