It's a hard one to gauge because unless she admits to telling people or you overhear her doing it there's really no way of knowing for sure. Some women do admit to telling their closest friends. What percentage of women do it is hard to tell. Probably if you asked them a lot would lie and so no (if they actually had). I've only had 2 women in my life who would be in a position to tell anyone. One did the other didn't. I know because there wasn't anyone she could tell.

I know my mom told her best friend when I was a teenager. I know because the friend made a couple of remarks to me about me having a small one and the only person that could have told her was my mom.

Do guys do this kind of stuff? I would never ever reveal intimate secrets about a woman I was close with. Even to my closest friends. Especially if it was something I knew she had a hang up about.
