I never realized how small my cock was until I started sleeping over at a friend's house when we were around 11 or 12. He and I used to have j/o sessions together and it was pretty obvious he was way bigger than me, though he didn't really say anything about it. Then I went on vacation with him and his family once and to save hot water at the cheap hotel we were staying at, his mother made us take a shower together. It was then that it became so obvious how much bigger he was than me and he said something about it. He wasn't trying to be hurtful, he just said "when do you think your dick's gonna grow?" Sadly, it never did. I'm the same size now as i was then.
