Is this even possible without surgery?

I have heard of a hair growth pill that got sued for shrinkage. Some also says that adderal and estrogen works. Being locked up in chastity as well. But does any of these things really shrink the penis permanently, or just makes it less hard and therefor looks smaller?

One thing I have not manage to find out is if using penis pump with a small chastity can have some effect. Or fap when in a chastity or other devices where you fap or stimulates the penis with restrictive room.

I have a fairly small penis, 12 cm, but would atleast get it under 10 cm.

Penis shrinking is a sort of fetish fantasy. It's really just a masturbation fantasy that would not be so great in reality. masterbating way too much can shrink your penis over time as it damages the tissues in the penis making it harder for the penis to become longer and harder.

I think binding my balls have made them smaller I want to try binding my penis for a long time to see if it gets smaller.

A great way to shrink it temporarily is sudafed. The one containing pseudoephedrine. Take 3-4 tabs in the morning. Your dick will be tiny all day and impossible to get hard. Do this when i want to go from small dick to tiny nub. Great feeling.

I had hormone injections as a teen. It was to increase my penis and ball size. I don't think it did much.
