Try to be more spontaneous, dont give your body a chance to even get turned on, tell this to her too. If your not seeing her naked first and then just get started or dont even get undressed.

It is probably just the anticipation of the act that is putting you over. Also if you JO, then do it before the possibility of sex no more then 1 hour. This reduces your likelihood of going to early.

Have you tried jerking off to orgasm prior to having sex? That might take some of the pent up tension out of your system and therefore delay your premature ejaculation.

My husband did this a lot for the first 5 years of our marriage. One thing that helped us was to not actually see each other. We started in the dark asnd he was able to slowly gain control of his excitement.
