Speaking only for myself, my vote goes to the first, fore mentioned purpose. There are lots of small dick humiliation sites that are more befitting that purpose. This forum, i believe, is better used as a small dick support group and hang out, rather than a sexual fetish niche. As crazy8 stated, somewhere to share experiences, thoughts, insecurities, and support. I just joined and am making myself right at home, so expect to have my 2 cents added, for what its worth.
