I love cockrings, sometimes i wear two elastic bands at once: one around the whole shebang and one just for the ballsack. Only wear em for sex though.

I some times wear one. Thick ones surely help form a bit of bulge as they push balls out. Feels good too so i advise wearing one now and then.
