I am cut but so wish that I wasn't. I was circumcised when I was 23 because I had phimosis and kept getting infections under the foreskin. When I saw the doctor I was given no option but to be cut but now I know that stretching is possible. I was done under general anaesthetic so it didn't hurt. Afterwards I was given pain killers so there was no pain at all. At first I enjoyed the feeling of my naked glans but with time it got a lot more insensitive. I have a loose cut so I can still wank with a lot of foreskin. I also have a micro penis so it withdraws into my body so it doesn't look like I am circumcised at all. Given the coice again, I wouldn't be cut.
