are you talking permanently smaller? My penis is at its smallest state after a cold shower or swim, after lifting weights, or after wearing tight clothing. You could try a cold shower if your looking for temporary shinkage, you could try lifting weights and make the rest of your body bigger which will make your penis appear smaller, if your willing to put in that kind of time. i suppose there are hormones you could take that would make it smaller to. Sometimes i wonder what it would be like to be smaller, im 4 inches and would like to see it at about 3.5 but not permanently...lol.
