it's the same any position you make, it's in and out, the same. what you can do is vary the rhythm and vary the foreplay. women respond to that

you can't lose with the doggie style. the opening's right there and if she's arched just right, you hit the g-sppot easily

yes vary the rhythm. start slow first and then build up. and always, always check if you're woman's with you as you build up steam
