When I pee at a urinal,my penis barely comes out of my zipper and I wind up with a wetspot all around the zipper area.

I hear your cry for help, so hear are my two suggestions : 1} try sitting backwards on the toilet. You have to lower your pants to the floor first otherwise your going to get trapped { you'll see what I mean }.
What this does is eliminates the pee from fling onto your pants. or 2} I know this will sound dumb, but try wearing an adult diaper. This way you can pee three times and it will not mess up your pants.
