Man boobs can be cause by other than obesity, of course. Hormonal issues can be involved... Check out "naturally boobed" (hormonal, not implanted) ladyboys, for example. Some quite nice breasts by all measures with just hormone "adjustments."

For nonfatties (no disparagement intended) with man boobs, they may wish to talk with their physicians.
