I've never used one.
If I truly believed it could add 2, 3 or more inches to my tiny dick I would definitely buy one.
I just don't believe they can do such things though.

joey it will if u use it right i did and still do been useing for six months and i have gained 1 inch and 1 inch in grith but u cant buy the cheap pumps i paid about 200 bucks for mine

That sounds great but $200 is a lot of money in this tough economy.

I have had a pump now for two years. I have been unable to use it as they describe you should due time requirements. However I have gained. Mainly it has been while soft which for me has been the main issue, how well it looks to others. It stays fuller most of the time now. However when hard I only see the gains right after pumping for about three hours. I also can only do this about twice a week.
