I've never used one.
If I truly believed it could add 2, 3 or more inches to my tiny dick I would definitely buy one.
I just don't believe they can do such things though.

joey it will if u use it right i did and still do been useing for six months and i have gained 1 inch and 1 inch in grith but u cant buy the cheap pumps i paid about 200 bucks for mine

That sounds great but $200 is a lot of money in this tough economy.

I have had a pump now for two years. I have been unable to use it as they describe you should due time requirements. However I have gained. Mainly it has been while soft which for me has been the main issue, how well it looks to others. It stays fuller most of the time now. However when hard I only see the gains right after pumping for about three hours. I also can only do this about twice a week.

I dont think that one would have to pay that much for a pump. I bought one for $15.00 and replaced the actual pump for some better tubing and the extra hand pump I used for bleeding my car breaks. I also has on it a pressure gauge so I can make sure I dont pump too hard. That may seem silly but because of my neuropathy I dont feel if I am going too hard, I had actually when not paying attention to it I caused two blisters on my head.
