PE can't possibly work, or else there would be no more people with small penis. Also, with PE make sure you know what you're getting into, there are many risks involved, you might end up with a penis that doesn't work as well as it does now, and you may regret attempting PE.

Sorry but in my opinion anyone who has seriously contemplated suicide for any reason whatsoever, forget small penis issues, is a perfect candidate for professional help.
